OXGN 11.11 Top 11 Spenders

As per DTI FAIR TRADE PERMIT NO. FTEB 108035 SERIES OF 2020

Mechanics:

  1. Customers need to have at least 1 successful order from Nov 9-Nov 15, 2020 in our online store: www.oxgnfashion.com in order to qualify.

  2. Customers do not need to register to be qualified. There is no minimum spend requirement. All customers who make a successful order from Nov 9-Nov 15, 2020 will be considered in the contest.

  3. Top 11 spenders from Nov 9-Nov 15, 2020 will be given a P500 voucher which can be used on their next purchase.

  4. Customers do not need to create an OXGN account to qualify in the contest. OXGN will be using the customer details included upon checkout to reach out to the winning customers via email. (Details in checkout include customer name, contact number and address.)

  5. Accumulated purchase amount from Nov 9-Nov 15, 2020 will be computed via the email address that the customer used to make the purchase/s. Order details/data will be extracted from Shopify > Orders.

  6. Contest entries will be closed on Nov 15 11:59pm.

  7. List of winning customers will be chosen by the OXGN team on Nov 16, 2020. Once Top 11 spenders are chosen in the presence of a DTI Representative, there will be an email sent to the 11 winners containing the unique voucher code for the P500 voucher.
        • Winners’ names will also be announced in Facebook/Instagram
  8. The 11 winners will find their P500 voucher in an email from the official shop: shop@oxgnfashion.com. This voucher will be in the form of a unique voucher code that the customer can input in the “discount code” field upon checkout.

  9. P500 voucher can be redeemed from Nov 16-Nov 31, 2020 with a minimum spend of P1,000 in our online store: www.oxgnfashion.com only.

  10. P500 voucher cannot be used in our LazMall store, Shopee Mall store, Zalora and Retail stores.

  11. Customer may only use the voucher code once (1) to order in www.oxgnfashion.com. Please do not disclose the unique code to other people as this will cause the winning customer to forfeit the P500 voucher.

  12. Voucher code is tax free and cannot be converted to cash equivalents.

Disqualification clause:

  1. Employees and relatives of Golden ABC and its affiliates up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.
