*Please read our terms & conditions before placing a pre-order:

  1. Pre-order period will be from Oct 26-Nov 16, 2023.
  2. Cash on delivery (COD) will NOT be accepted for all Customized Accessories Pre-orders. Accepted payment methods are Gcash or Credit/Debit card only.
  3. Each pre-order transaction shall be exclusive to pre-order items only. You may place a different order for regular items after you’ve checked out your Pre-order Accessories.
  4. Pre-orders will be shipped out 4 weeks after the pre-selling cut-off date.
  5. More good news! Pre-order 2 or more items and we’ll give you a P200 off discount code (with a minimum spend of P999) that you can use on your next order in www.oxgnfashion.com.
  6. You will be receiving regular updates on your order status via the email account that was used to create the pre-order.
    1. Confirmation that order has been received
    2. Order is being produced
    3. Order will be shipped to your address
    4. Order is out for delivery
  7. Cancellation of pre-orders is allowed until (1) day after the pre-order cut-off only (Nov 17, 2023 11:59pm). You may reach out to our Customer Service team at shop@oxgnfashion.com. Once the time frame has passed, the option to cancel will no longer be accommodated.
  8. Return and Exchange to any OXGN boutique is not allowed. Return to warehouse will be allowed only if the item was damaged upon receipt or you have received the incorrect order. Shipping fee will be handled by the customer. Rest assured that we will be meticulously screening the quality of our items to ensure you get your pre-order item safely.
  9. Refunds will be made according to the payment method used during the pre-order period.
