Top 9 Spenders Contest

Mechanics:

As per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-104621 Series of   2020

  1. Customers need to have at least 1 successful order from Sep 5-9, 2020 in our online store: www.oxgnfashion.com in order to qualify.

  2. Customer does not need to register to be qualified. There is no minimum spend requirement. All customers who make a successful order from Sep 5-9, 2020 will be considered in the campaign.

  3. Top 9 spenders from Sep 5-9, 2020 will be given a P900 voucher which can be used on their next purchase.

  4. Customer does not need to create an OXGN account to qualify in the campaign. OXGN will be using the customer details input in check out to reach out to the winning customers. Details in checkout include customer name, contact number and address.

  5. Accumulated purchase amount from Sep 5-Sep 9, 2020 will be computed via the email address that the customer used to make the purchase/s. Order details/data will be extracted from Shopify > Orders.

  6. Campaign entries will be closed on Sep 9 11:59pm.

  7. List of winning customers will be chosen by the OXGN team on Sep 10. Once Top 9 spenders are chosen in the presence of a DTI Rep, there will be an email sent to the 9 winners containing the voucher code for the P900 voucher.
        • Winners name will also be announced in Facebook/Instagram
  8. The 9 winners will find their P900 voucher in an email from the official shop: shop@oxgnfashion.com. This voucher will be in the form of a unique voucher code that customer can input in the “discount code” field upon checkout.

  9. P900 voucher can be redeemed from Sep 10-Nov 10, 2020 with a min spend of P2,000 in our online store: www.oxgnfashion.com only.
  10. P900 voucher cannot be used in Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and Retail stores.

  11. Customer may only use the voucher code once (1) to order in www.oxgnfashion.com. Please do not disclose the unique code to other people as this will cause the winning customer to forfeit the P900 voucher.
  12. Voucher code is tax free and cannot be converted to cash equivalents.

Disqualification clause:

  1. Employees and relatives of Golden ABC and its affiliates up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.
